This page describes what happens to data when you visit polleysoft.com. It is short because the site does very little: it serves pages and keeps no account of who you are.
Who is responsible

What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies of its own.
- It runs no analytics and no tracking scripts.
- It loads nothing from third parties — no external fonts, no hosted JavaScript, no embedded media. Every file the page requests comes from this domain.
- It has no accounts, no logins and no forms, so there is nothing to submit and nothing stored about you.
Server logs
Our web server records one line per request, as web servers do. Each line contains your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response status and size, the referring page if your browser sent one, your browser's user-agent string, and an identifier from our network provider for the request.
These logs exist to keep the site working and to spot abuse. They are rotated daily and deleted after 52 days. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared with anyone, except where we are legally required to produce them.
Our network provider
The site is served through Cloudflare, which sits between you and our server to terminate HTTPS, filter attacks and cache content. Cloudflare therefore processes every request on our behalf, and may set its own cookies (for example a bot-management cookie) and keep its own logs under its privacy policy. This is the one third party involved in serving this site.
If you email us
We keep your message and our reply so we can carry on the conversation and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not add your address to any mailing list.
The Latix app
This policy covers this website only. Latix handles account data, messages and calls, and has its own privacy notice available in the app and on its own site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our processing it, and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to the address above and we will answer.
In practice, a visit to this site leaves only a log line keyed to an IP address, which we have no way to connect to a person unless you tell us.
