Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the polleysoft.com website. Work we do for a client is governed by that engagement's own written agreement, not by this page.
1. Agreement
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Permitted use
You may read, print and link to these pages. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, gain access to systems or data you have not been given access to, or use automated means to place an unreasonable load on the server.
3. Our content
The text, design and images on this site belong to Polley Software LLC unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; republishing a page in full requires our permission.
4. Accuracy
We keep these pages current and correct as best we can, but they are descriptions of what we do rather than promises about what any particular system will achieve. Nothing here is professional advice, and nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance — a piece of work becomes an engagement only when both sides have agreed it in writing.
5. Links out
Where we link to another site we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
6. No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we exclude the implied warranties that would otherwise apply.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes
We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
If the law where you live gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim in your own courts, or to the protection of your own consumer law, nothing in this section takes that away.
